Join us for an Art Week Celebration! Our Artist Mitzi Bramble will be offering this FREE workshop as you explore what Expressive Arts is all about! This Expressive Arts Exploration: Trust the Process is about how we can feel more alive and authentic just by the act of art making itself. The outcome is based on the meaning making of the expression and the experience.
Expressive Arts comes from Expressive Arts Therapy in which the intention is to the experience what is arising and noticing the insight that comes from the experience.
This experiential workshop will walk through a couple of Expressive Arts Exercises like Intuitive-Collage Cards which can elicit personal emotional expression. No experience is necessary. This is “no-fail art,”
The outcome is in the process itself. Trust the process!
