Sewing fun for young creators!
Girls and boys will enjoy sewing and creating with Miss Jane.
My sewing school program will introduce your student to the artful science of sewing. This fun and engaging program begins with basic sewing skills and progresses through the foundational techniques for novice sewists.
Each project is carefully designed to teach a new sewing skill while building confidence and creativity along the way.
Students learn how to safely use a sewing machine, follow sewing patterns, measure and cut fabric, and construct projects they can proudly use every day.
From beginner to confident creator—one project at a time!
Stitchology Sewing School is small in-person sewing classes limited to eight students per class
Sewing School runs September - May for students aged 7+. Cost includes all project supplies + machines.

You will be introduced to traditional methods such as wet-into-wet painting, dry brush, basic wash methods, layered transparencies and creative texture. The basic vocabulary of color, design and composition will also be incorporated as you paint a variety of subject matter including still life and landscape from observation and graphic images.

Cape Cod Makers is engaged in promoting the Maker and DIY culture on Cape Cod. We do this through meetups, connecting local makers, hosting classes, group activities, promoting shared resources and maker spaces. There is an enormous amount of artistic and technical talent on Cape Cod in a wide variety of areas. Also, there are many people who like to learn new things and improve themselves. We are excited about the possibilities of bringing all these people together on and connecting ideas to grow the maker movement on Cape Cod.
