Join us at The 204! Back by popular demand the Spring Market & Open House is returning for 2026! We are accepting Vendor Applications at this time. We look forward to working with you.
Limited tables are available, we advise that vendors provide their own table. Space is limited to an average of 8' x 10' with a 6' or 8' banquet table, we are very flexible and do our best to be accommodating. These requirements for space will be sorted based on the needs you have requested in addition to the amount of vendors we get. Fee is $50

Annually during Christmas in Harwich Weekend the 204 will host their Holiday Market and Open House.

At the Harbor you can not only enjoy our shacks but grab a quick bite to eat while taking in the ocean view at Dockside restaurant or go over to Brax Landing and check out their delicious menu.
Join us throughout the summer from the last week of June through Labor Day to explore a variety of vendors. From local artists, photographers, to crafters and everything in between our Seaside Marketplace is not something to miss!
